2 men involved in robbery where Bloomington roast beef restaurant owner got shot charged with federal crimes

Two men who were involved in a robbery of a Bloomington restaurant have been charged with federal crimes.

According to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 21-year-old Devon Dwayne Reginald Glover and 19-year-old Marshawn Michael Davison are charged with Hobbs Act Robbery while Glover is also charged with brandishing and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.

2 arrested in connection to Bloomington robbery where business owner injured

According to allegations in the indictment, on June 16, Glover and Davison committed an armed robbery at Penn Lake Roast Beef in Bloomington. Glover discharged the firearm during the robbery. On June 23, Glover allegedly committed a second armed robbery at a liquor store in St. Paul.
