2 injured from gunshots in Minneapolis after an altercation

Two victims had suffered from gunshot wounds Saturday night after an altercation, according to the Minneapolis Police Department. 

At 10:29 p.m., an altercation in the area of 24th Avenue North and 6th Street North involved multiple people. 

The altercation led to multiple shots fired that caused two victims to suffered from non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. 

Both victims were transported to two area hospitals. 

Police stated that the individuals' manner of activities is unknown at this time. 

No further information is available at this time, an investigation is underway.
