18-year-old charged in Farmington shooting
An 18-year-old has been charged in connection to a non-fatal shooting that occurred in Farmington last week.
According to the Dakota County Attorney’s Office, Gage Allen David Anderson was charged with one count of first-degree attempted murder.
The attorney’s office says a minor was also involved in the incident and is expected to appear in court Tuesday.
2 suspects in custody after victim found shot in head in Farmington
A criminal complaint says Farmington police were called Friday afternoon on the report of a shooting. Once at the scene, police discovered a victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim later told police that Anderson and another male juvenile robbed him during a drug deal.
The suspects were brought into custody shortly after the shooting.
According to the Dakota County Attorney’s Office, bail has been set at $750,000 without conditions for Anderson.
