11 charged in Red Lake meth, fentanyl trafficking conspiracy

A total of 11 people were charged Thursday in two separate indictments relating to parallel methamphetamine and fentanyl distribution conspiracies.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office states that, between August 2019 and December 2019, 29-year-old Kyle Dale Clark, 32-year-old Jose Arcega-Vejar, 51-year-old Valerie Ann Clark, 31-year-old Vanessa Louise Cobenais, 42-year-old Kathi Lyn Dudley, 28-year-old Corey Lee Donnell and 19-year-old Kalyssa Kailani Deanah White conspired to distribute methamphetamine on the Red Lake Indian Reservation and the surrounding area.

From April 15, 2020 to April 22, 2020, White and Arcega-Vejar conspired with 38-year-old David Alan Jourdain, 20-year-old Tara Mae Lussier and 28-year-old Andrew James Neadeau to distribute fentanyl on the reservation and nearby areas, according to the allegations.

The allegations go on to say that Donnell and Clark were also charged with firearms violations and illegally posessing and selling a firearm.
