1 injured in Minneapolis townhouse fire
One person was treated for injuries suffered in a structure fire in Minneapolis Monday morning.
According to the Minneapolis Fire Department's Twitter, the fire occurred at a townhouse located on 100 block of 31st Street W. just after 10:30 a.m. The department tweeted that one victim had been located.
Structure Fire – 100 block of 31st St W. Lines laid. Searches in progress on a 2 story townhouse. Crews have rescued 1 victim from the structure. Paramedics are in route.

That victim was treated for an injury considered as a "superficial burn."
Victim is being transferred to paramedics for treatment of what is reported to be a superficial burn injury.

The fire was contained in about 10 minutes with the department's response. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
