Alanis Morissette, Garbage announce concert at Xcel Energy Center

Grammy Award-winning artist Alanis Morissette will be stopping in Minnesota on her upcoming tour.

Her tour is celebrating 25 years since the release of her album “Jagged Little Pill.”

Morissette’s performance at Xcel Energy Center is scheduled for July 24, and she will be joined by alternative rock band Garbage.

The Grammy-nominated band has been together for more than 25 years. Among their songs is the theme for the James Bond film, “The World is Not Enough.”

Tickets for the St. Paul concert go on sale starting at 10 a.m. Friday. However, Citi cardmembers will be able to access presale tickets starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday through 10 p.m. Thursday.

Garbage is joining Morissette for the North American portion of her tour, while Beth Orton will be the special guest during the European part of the tour.
