Frozen, not ready-to-eat chicken bowls recalled over concerns of 'small rocks'
More than 130,000 pounds of not ready-to-eat chicken bowl products are being recalled due to the possibility they contain extraneous material, specifically small rocks.
The FDA said Friday that Conagra Brands, Inc., recalled 9.5-ounce Healthy Choice Power Bowls Chicken Feta & Farro. The products were made Jan. 23, 2020, have a lot code of 5006002320 and a UPC code of 072655001800 with a best by date of 10/19/2020 on the label.
The products were shipped to retail locations nationwide and in Canada.
The FDA said it hasn't received any confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of the products, but concern remains.
Anyone with one of the recalled products is urged to throw it away or return it, but don't consume it.
