The release said Geftico tried to sell the masks at a highly inflated price. The company also said Geftico said it was affiliated with 3M.

According to 3M, it is seeking injunctive relief against the company, as well as damages. The company plans to donate all damages it receives to organizations working to fight COVID-19.
