Local activists rally over access to HIV meds

A group of activists on Sunday said the state is making it harder to help those with HIV.
A rally was held, focusing on a proposal that would restrict access to HIV medication for people on Medicaid.
The Minnesota Department of Health said 275 cases of HIV were reported last year.
