YMCA to offer child care for children of essential employees during COVID-19 pandemic

The YMCA announced Friday it will offer child care services for essential and critical employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The services are available at 38 sites across the state and are available to students from kindergarten through sixth grade.
Programs will begin Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Each child and staff worker will have to meet strict health guidelines in order to participate. Social distancing will also be put in place.
