A Walgreens in Wayzata closed down after the store was notified on Friday that one of its workers had a presumed case of COVID-19.
A Walgreens spokesperson said the store at 1055 Wayzata Blvd. E. ceased operations to clean and disinfect the store after learning of the presumed case and that it plans to reopen on Monday.
The employee had not been at the store since Wednesday. Walgreens has contacted anyone who might be at risk, and they are self-quarantined, according to the spokesperson.
Customers are asked to visit the Walgreens at 4950 County Road 101 in Minnetonka while the Wayzata location is closed.
