Top U of M epidemiologist announces partnership to support families of healthcare workers

Monday, a top infectious disease expert with the University of Minnesota is announcing a partnership to support healthcare workers across the country affected by COVID-19.
Dr. Michael Osterholm was recently announced as a member of President-elect Joe Biden’s coronavirus task force.

The partnership Osterholm is announcing is with the Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation.
According to the foundation, the Frontline Families Fund will provide "direct financial support and educational scholarships to the children of healthcare workers who have lost their lives to COVID-19."
