Minneapolis Mayor signs emergency regulations on city employees, liquor licenses
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey on Friday signed two emergency regulations (2020-6 and 2020-7) amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The first regulation outlines new leave policies and additional support for city employees during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The second regulation suspends license renewal installment fees tied to liquor, wine and beer licenses.
Frey declared a local public health emergency earlier in the week, which the Minneapolis City Council later approved, and signed five other emergency regulations throughout the week in response to COVID-19. You can see them all here.
