COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 9,590 cases, 384 deaths
Wisconsin health officials reported 375 new cases of COVID-19 Friday, bringing the state’s total to 9,590 cases.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) also reported 10 new COVID-19 deaths, increasing the state’s total to 384.
The DHS said, as of Friday, 97,265 people have tested negative.
Of all cases in Wisconsin, 1,767 have required hospitalization, which is 18%. Meanwhile, 4,520 people have recovered so far and are no longer in isolation, which accounts for 49% of all cases.
Milwaukee County continues to be hit hardest by COVID-19 in Wisconsin, accounting for 3,722 cases and 219 deaths, as of Friday.
