COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 685 cases, 1 death reported Sunday
Wisconsin health officials on Sunday reported 685 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the state’s total to 65,741 since the start of the pandemic.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services also reported one more death. So far 1,039 people have died from the coronavirus in Wisconsin.
The state has now tested 1,126,274 people, the DHS said.
There are currently 8,702 active cases of COVID-19 statewide, and 85.2% of all people who tested positive have recovered, according to the DHS.
On Sunday, there were 329 coronavirus patients in the hospital and 94 in intensive care. To date, 5,304 people have been hospitalized with COVID-19 in Wisconsin.
