COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 19 new deaths, 1,335 new cases

Monday, Wisconsin health officials announced 19 new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 4,711 deaths since the pandemic began.

Additionally, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) reported 82 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 20,911.

A total of 472,153 positive cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 1,335 new cases reported Monday.

As of Monday, DHS reports that more than 2.80 million people have been tested in the state.

The state’s seven-day average positivity rate by person is at 24.6%.
