COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 16 new deaths, 138 new hospitalizations
Wisconsin health officials on Friday announced 16 new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 1,440 deaths since the pandemic began.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services also reported 138 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 8,199.

A total of 144,818 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 2,988 new cases reported Friday.
As of Friday, DHS reports that 1,663,480 people have been tested in the state.
