Three more COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Wisconsin, bringing the total number of cases in the state to six.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) confirmed the new cases Wednesday.
According to DHS, one patient is from Waukesha County and was exposed while traveling in the U.S. and internationally. That patient is currently isolated at home. The other two patients were from Fond du Lac County. One of those patients has been isolated at home while the other is in the hospital.
The three previous cases involved one person from Pierce County and two from Dane County.
Health officials are working to determine who they may have come in contact with in an effort to quarantine those people.
