Trump COVID results raise concerns after recent Minnesota visit
President Donald Trump’s positive COVID-19 test on Friday is raising concerns in Minnesota after he visited the state earlier this week.
On Wednesday, President Trump was greeted by hundreds of supporters at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport before attending a private fundraiser in Shorewood and then heading up to Duluth for a campaign rally at Duluth International Airport.
KSTP Chief Political Reporter Tom Hauser said a source who attended the fundraiser at the home of Cambria CEO Marty Davis told him that all 50 attendees and about 20 catering staff were rapid-tested for COVID-19 an hour prior to the event before they were allowed on the grounds. No one there had close contact with the president.
The president posed for pics for about 25 minutes with guests standing on a mark 8-10 feet away. No phones allowed. No hand shaking. The president spoke from behind a rope and another barrier for just under an hour. Source says the president was "in a bubble within a bubble." pic.twitter.com/2e2tm8EB6v

Trump also posed for pictures with guests but stayed several feet away from them and didn’t have any physical contact with anyone.
