Police: 1 injured in south Minneapolis shooting

Police say one person was injured Tuesday night after a shooting in south Minneapolis.

According to police, officers were called around 6:30 p.m. to the 2400 block of Ogema Place on the report of a person who was shot.

When police arrived, they found a man who suffered a gunshot wound that was not considered life-threatening.

A suspect fled on foot before police could arrive.
