Partly cloudy Sunday, storms likely late

Sunday looks like it’ll be pretty nice early before some storms move in late and extend into Monday morning.

KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas said skies will be partly cloudy with high temperatures in the low 70s. The low will be 52 degrees.

Late in the day — around 9 p.m. for the Twin Cities metro — storms will arrive, some of which could be severe.

Those storms will carry into Monday morning before conditions clear up and give way to sunshine.

The week ahead will see high temps drop into the 60s early in the week and the 50s by the end. Some more storms are possible Wednesday.
