Pedestrian killed in Zimmerman after being struck by vehicle

Authorities in Sherburne County say a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a car in Zimmerman.
The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Scott Alan Zoerb was struck by a vehicle while walking on Freemont Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle stopped and was cooperative with investigators. Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs are a factor.
