Woman hit, killed by truck in Plymouth identified

A woman who was hit and killed by a box truck in Plymouth while crossing the road in a wheelchair has been identified.
The Minnesota State Patrol crash report identifies the woman as 39-year-old Jessica Marie Arel, of Loretto.

According to the crash report, Arel was crossing the southbound Interstate 494 off-ramp crosswalk on Monday when she was hit by the truck.
The crash remains under investigation.
