Woman killed in Elk River crash involving semi

A woman was killed Friday morning in a crash involving a semi in Elk River.
According to a Minnesota State Patrol crash report, the crash happened on northbound Highway 169 at Highway 10 at about 8:40 a.m.
The report states a 2019 Dodge Caravan was headed north on Highway 169 when it failed to stop for a red light and T-boned a semi that had been traveling east on Highway 10 and was turning south onto Highway 169.
The driver of the Dodge, identified as 59-year-old Kathleen Ann Lehman, was killed in the crash. The driver of the semi wasn’t injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
