Apple TV+ to exclusively stream ‘Peanuts’ holiday specials
The move of the popular "Peanuts" holiday specials from broadcast to streaming may have some saying, "Good grief!"
According to a release from Apple, Inc., Apple TV+ has partnered with WildBrain, Peanuts Worldwide and Lee Mendelson Film Productions to exclusively stream the beloved "Peanuts" specials.
However, there are options for both subscribers and non-subscribers to watch their favorite "Peanuts" features.
According to the press release, "It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" began streaming globally for Apple TV+ subscribers on Monday and will be available for free for non-subscribers from Oct. 30 until Nov. 1.
Then, Apple TV+ will feature "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” starting on Nov. 18 for subscribers and the special will also be available for free from Nov. 25-27 for non-subscribers.
Additionally, Apple TV+ subscribers can watch the premiere of "A Charlie Brown Christmas" starting on Dec. 4. and then, that special will be available to stream for free from Dec. 11-13 for non-subscribers.
