Some students in Savage said "goodbye" to their hair on Sunday.
For the past seven years, students and parents from Harriet Bishop Elementary School have been donating hair to help make wigs for children who’ve lost their hair.
The school estimates more than 2,000 inches of hair have been donated, so far.
The salon owners and staff donated their time and resources to help make the event a success.
