MDH opens coronavirus saliva testing site in St. Cloud

The Minnesota Department of Health is expanding its free COVID-19 saliva testing options with the opening of a new location Wednesday in St. Cloud.

The testing site at the River’s Edge Convention Center will be the sixth saliva testing site in the state and the fifth in Greater Minnesota. Other locations include Brooklyn Park, Duluth, Mankato, Moorhead and Winona.

The St. Cloud testing site will be open from noon-7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the weekends.

All tests will be processed at the newly opened lab in Oakdale, and results can be expected in one to two days.
