A Minnesota nonprofit is offering a reward to find the person responsible for vandalizing a K9 memorial plaque in Duluth.

The plaque for K9 Haas, who was killed by a domestic violence suspect in Duluth in January 2019, stands at the GND Rec Dog Park.

The GND Development Alliance is offering a $250 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of whoever vandalized the plaque.
