Sexual harassment lawsuit filed against Minneapolis property manager, owners

The U.S. Attorney’s Office has announced it is filing a lawsuit against the property manager and owners of multiple rental properties in the Twin Cities.

The lawsuit names Reese Pfeieffer, Jeanne Pfeiffer, Michael Fruen and Jeremy Martineau as defendants, as well as Fruen & Pfeiffer, LLP and M. Fruen Properties.

The attorney’s office claims Reese Pfeiffer, who serves as a property manager, "subjected multiple female tenants to sexually hostile housing environments."

The lawsuit claims that Fruen, Martineau, Jeanne Pfeiffer, as well as their business entities, are liable for Reese Pfeiffer’s acts.
