UPDATE: Missing person alert canceled after man found dead in Itasca County

Tuesday, the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office canceled a missing person alert for a 39-year-old man after he was found dead.
According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, 39-year-old Timothy Dasovich was found dead Sunday after he was last seen in Nashwauk last Monday.
"The Itasca County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank everyone that assisted in looking for Timothy Dasovich," a statement from the BCA read.
Authorities in Itasca County are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension identified the man as 39-year-old Timothy Dasovich.
Dasovich was last seen Monday in Nashwauk. Authorities say he may be in possession of a black and yellow electric pedal fat tire bike.
