UPDATE: State Patrol says 2 arrested in St. Paul Breonna Taylor protests

The Minnesota State Patrol says two people have been arrested relating to protests in response to a recent decision made in the Breonna Taylor case.
No police officers have been charged in direct relation to the death of Breonna Taylor in Louisville, Kentucky. One officer was charged with three counts of Wanton Endangerment.
Protesters initially gathered at the State Capitol and then marched towards I-94, then off the highway. The crowd ended up walking back to the Capitol to conclude their march, according to St. Paul Police spokesperson Steve Linders.
Law enforcement has intervened and barricaded all exits so protesters would refrain from returning to the highway. As of 9:30 p.m., highways are no longer barricaded and are open.
