911 outages reported throughout Meeker County

UPDATE: The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office said, at about 4:55 p.m., service had been restored to the county.
Thursday, there were reports of cellphone and 911 outages throughout Meeker County.
According to the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office, cell service with multiple providers was affected.
The sheriff’s office advises using a landline if possible and dialing 320-693-5400 if callers are unable to reach officials.
Meanwhile, cellphone calls to 911 in northern parts of Meeker County are routing to Stearns County and should be answered, the sheriff’s office reported.
Service providers have been contacted, but the sheriff’s office says it isn’t clear how long the outages may be occurring.
