State patrol investigating Roseville wrong-way crash
The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a wrong-way crash that injured two people in Roseville.
According to the incident report, the two-vehicle crash happened just after 11:30 p.m. on the eastbound lanes of Highway 36 at Rice Street.
Troopers at the scene said they observed signs of suspected impairment during their interaction with the wrong-way driver.
Both drivers were taken to Regions Hospital with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening. A search warrant was obtained, and authorities drew blood from the wrong-way driver at Regions Hospital.
The state patrol says the crash remains an open investigation.
