Police in West St. Paul seek information in garbage dumping complaints

Police in West St. Paul are seeking information after receiving complaints regarding the illegal dumping of garbage.
The West St. Paul Police Department released images of the vehicle that is believed to be connected to the garbage dumping.
Police said the amount of furniture and trash has “created a large financial burden on several of our tax payers to dispose of all of the waste.”
The department did not give a specific area of the city where the incidents have occurred.
