According to the attorney’s office, police were called on Dec. 29 to the area of Eighths Street South on the report of a man who had been struck by a Jeep.

He was able to drive away, however, he then turned the Jeep around and drove after Davis. Forest then struck Davis with the vehicle, knocking him into a wall.
