Below average temps to remain Tuesday

Temperatures across the state will remain below average on Tuesday, according to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl.
According to Dahl, temperatures will only reach the mid-70s. Dahl said the average for temperatures for this time of year is in the lower 80s.

A mostly sunny sky is also expected.
Moving into Wednesday, Dahl says pleasant temperatures are expected, however, there is a chance for scattered rain showers.
