3 arrested, charged in St. Cloud armed robbery
Three males are in custody after an armed robbery incident that occurred in St. Cloud Wednesday morning.
According to the St. Cloud Police Department, officers responded to a burglary report in the 300 block of 9th Avenue S. at about 10:19 a.m.
Upon arrival to the scene, police learned that two males had forced entry into a residence and pointed a gun at a female that was sleeping in a bedroom. The males reportedly demanded money but were told by the female that she did not have any. Authorities say the suspects took the female’s cell phone and left the residence in a vehicle that had a driver waiting for them.
The victim used a GPS app and discovered her phone was in the 1500 block of 3rd Street N. in St. Cloud.
Officers were able to locate the vehicle with all three suspects inside the area of Highway 15 and Division Street. Weapons were located inside of the vehicle and all three suspects were taken into custody.
The three suspects have been identified as Darius Devontae Bradford, 20, from St. Cloud; Cameron James Lipsiea, 22, from St. Cloud and Jamil Dionte Muhammad, 18, from St. Cloud. Bradford faces charges consisting of aggravated robbery, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault; Lipsiea faces aggravated robbery, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault charges and Muhammad faces charges that include aggravated robbery, first-degree burglary and aiding and abetting an offender.
