2 suspects at large in connection to Marcy-Holmes neighborhood robbery

Two suspects are at large after their involvement in a robbery this past weekend in Minneapolis.

According to the city of Minneapolis, the robbery happened at about 10:40 p.m. on Saturday in the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood. Officers responded to a robbery call of two victims near 13th Avenue SE and Fifth Street SE.

The victims told police they had just exited an Uber when they were approached by two male suspects who demanded all items from them. They added that a gun was implied by one of the suspects but no gun was seen by either victim.

The two suspects are described as black males around 18 to 20 years old. One was wearing a yellow hat, white sweatshirt and ripped blue jeans, while the other was wearing a black and white camouflaged sweatshirt and shorts during the incident.

They were both last seen running eastbound on Fifth Street SE.
