Charges dropped against man accused of breaking into Prior Lake home

Charges have been dropped against a man who had been accused of breaking into a Prior Lake home and taking jewelry in November.

Court records show charges of second-degree burglary, receiving stolen property and possessing hypodermic needles were dismissed against Charles Andrew Hilliard.
