Fire destroys shed in Douglas County

A fire destroyed a pole shed early Friday morning in rural Douglas County.
According to the local sheriff’s office, firefighters were called just after 3:30 a.m. on the report of a shed that had caught fire on the 3700 block of Casa Marina Road.
When deputies arrived, only the beams of the shed were still standing.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the remaining fire.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
