COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 539 new cases, 7 new deaths
Wisconsin health officials reported 539 new cases of COVID-19 Thursday, bringing the state’s total to 29,738 positive cases.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) also reported seven new COVID-19 deaths, increasing the state’s total to 793.
The DHS said, as of Thursday, 563,946 people have tested negative.

Of all cases in Wisconsin, 3,519 people have required hospitalization.
In total, 79% of patients have recovered, meaning 30 days passed since the onset of symptoms or their diagnosis or their release from isolation was documented.
