Man shot near Beaver Lake in St. Paul, police investigating

Police say a man was shot Saturday afternoon near Beaver Lake in St. Paul.
According to St. Paul Police, officers were called to a fishing pier at Beaver Lake at about 1:25 p.m. on a report of a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper back.
The man was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The shooting is under investigation.
