Police: ‘Strong likelihood’ teenage driver in fatal Woodbury crash is charged
Authorities say the driver of the vehicle that crashed in Woodbury, killing one teenager and injuring four others, will likely be charged.
The crash happened at around 11 p.m. on March 13 near Settler’s Ridge Parkway and Sundance Lane.

Woodbury Public Safety said the car had struck a tree and "split in half." Police say everyone in the car was either 16 or 17.
Wednesday, Woodbury Police Commander John Altman told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS the Minnesota State Patrol is still finishing crash reconstruction and detectives are still interviewing the survivors.

However, Altman said there "is a strong likelihood" charges are filed in connection to the crash.
The Woodbury Public Safety Department said Garrett Bumgarner was killed in the crash. The driver has yet to be identified due to the ongoing investigation.
