10-year-old rescued from dam in Coon Rapids

A 10-year-old girl was rescued Tuesday night near the Coon Rapids Dam.

Fire crews responded to the area just before 8 p.m., after receiving reports of a girl floating downstream.

Crew members said within minutes, they found the girl, who they say was conscious but cold.

She was treated by paramedics until family arrived.
