Semi fire closes southbound I-694 in Oakdale

Southbound Interstate 694 was closed Thursday evening in Oakdale after a crash involving an overturned semi resulted in a fire.
The Minnesota State Patrol said all southbound traffic is being diverted to the I-94 west ramp.
The left chute lane of I-494 northbound at the I-94 interchange is completely blocked and northbound I-494 traffic was being diverted to eastbound I-94.
The State Patrol said the crash is under investigation. Non-life-threatening injuries were reported.
A crash involving an overturned semi on fire has all of I-694 SB closed at I-94 in Oakdale. All SB traffic is diverted to the I-94 west ramp. The left chute lane of I-494 NB at the I-94 interchange is completely blocked & NB I-494 traffic is diverted to east I-94 at this time.

Troopers are investigating a semi rollover crash southbound 494 at 94 in Oakdale. There are non-life threatening injuries. Southbound 494 will be closed for an extended period of time. Find an alternate route.

I-494 NB traffic has been re-opened at I-94, but the left-hand "through traffic" chute lane is still blocked from the crash. State Patrol troopers are on the scene, along with MnDOT FIRST units.
