Police investigating shooting in Minneapolis, 1 injured from gunshot wound

One man was injured from a gunshot while a woman suffered a graze wound in Minneapolis Saturday night.

According to Minneapolis police, at 10:54 p.m. at 1000 block of Logan Avenue North officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation.

While en route, officers were advised that the incident was a shooting.

Once officers arrived on the scene, they located an adult male with a gunshot wound that was considered not life-threatening.

The man was transported to Hennepin Healthcare by ambulance.

A woman suffered a graze wound and was treated and released at the scene.

The woman was interview by detectives to help gather information about the incident.

The case remains under investigation. No further information is available at this time.
