Semi-truck with 43,000 pounds of fruits jackknifed causes traffic
A semi-truck with approximately 43,000 pounds of fruits had jackknifed on the highway early Thursday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
According to the state patrol, troopers are investigating a jackknifed semi crash Eastbound Highway 94 at 494 in Maple Grove.
There are no injuries during this crash, said troopers.
During the crash, both saddle fuel tanks spilled onto Interstate-94, but the fruits that the semi-truck is carrying is still intact, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT).
Eastbound Highway 94 will be closed for an extended period of time.
