MDH reports 372 new cases of COVID-19, 14 more deaths
Minnesota state health officials reported 372 additional cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday, which brings the state’s total to 25,870.
The Minnesota Department of Health also reported 14 more deaths from the virus. So far 1,086 Minnesotans have died from COVID-19. Of those deaths, 876, or 81%, were among residents of long-term care or assisted living facilities.

State health labs have completed 24,893 tests, and private labs have completed 240,825 tests, according to the MDH.
A total of 3,203 patients have required hospitalization. As of Wednesday, 537 patients were in the hospital and 254 were in intensive care.
The MDH also reports that 21,169 patients no longer need isolation.
