Friday, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources announced that most of the state’s 1,700 public water accesses have undergone safety maintenance and will be open for the 2020 fishing opener Saturday.
However, dock and other amenities may not be in place.
Because those amenities are not in place, anglers are asked to use caution.
