Rosedale Center announced Thursday that it will reopen to the public on Monday.
The news comes after Gov. Tim Walz announced Wednesday evening that the current 'stay at home' order will be allowed to expire on Monday and some restrictions for retail businesses will be eased.
However, restaurants, bars and some services at Rosedale Center will remain closed until June 1.
Officials said the shopping center will undergo cleaning procedures per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines for all common areas, and retailers are being urged to do the same.

Additionally, Rosedale Center asked all customers entering the building to wear face masks and urged anyone feeling ill to stay home.
Operating hours will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
The mall said not all stores will be ready to open immediately and recommended customers check directly with their favorite stores before coming to the shopping center. You can find which stores will be open at RosedaleCenter.com.
